A refundable $500.00 security deposit is required to hold a reservation for the specified date of the contracted event for weddings
/receptions. The security deposit is separate from and in addition to the rental fee and will not be applied toward the rental fee. The security deposit only becomes refundable once the event takes place and no damages occur. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the security deposit will be forfeited. The rental fee must be paid in full 60 days prior to the date of the contracted event. If the rental fee is not received 60 days before the event, the security deposit and contracted date will be forfeited. We accept credit cards and also have monthly payment plans available.
